Abstract:
Multispecies microarray aimed to interrogate the expression levels of protein-coding genes from 5 Pseudomonas strains (PstDC3000, PsaCRAFRU8.43, PsaICMP18884, PsaICMP19073 and PsaNCPPB3739) and 3 ICEs (ICE1-3 obtained from genome annotations of the PsaM7, PsaICMP18744 and PsaICMP19455 strain, respectively).
