A marine area near a gas-platform located about 35 km off Ancona (Northern Adriatic Sea) was monitored over 3-year period (2002-2005). Most of anomalies detected at the end of the installation phase showed a decreasing temporal trend although signs of alterations were still evidenced during the last sampling in the surroundings of the structure.
