Abstract:
The induction of adaptive response (AR) by Radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic fields has been widely demonstrated by our research group on both primary (human peripheral blood lymphocytes, HPBLs) and immortalized cells (Chinese hamster lung fibroblasts V79, and human neuroblastoma SHSY-5Y cells), under different exposure conditions (900 MHz and 1950 MHz, variable waveforms, signals and bandwidth, specific absorption rate (SAR) from 0.15 to 1.25 W/kg), and against several chemical and physical agents1-6
