Rendimenti di pesca sperimentale con tramaglio nel Golfo di Castellammare dopo otto anni di divieto di pesca a strascico

A remarkable increase of experimental trammel net catches was recorded in the Gulf of Castellammare (NW Sicily) after an eight-year trawl ban. Catches increased two times considering the overall area and three times in the sandy bottom areas. The highest increases of yields were recorded five years after the trawl ban.
