Una corrispondenza tra Thomas Mann e Alfred Baeumler

This article presents the Italian translation of Alfred Baeumler's essay "Metaphysik und Geschichte. Brief an Thomas Mann" (1920) and of two letters addressed by Th. Mann to A. Baeumler. The author analyses the encounter between Mann and Baumler, which is centered around the "Betrachtungen eines Unpolitischen", emphasising their growing disagreement, which reached its climax when the latter adhered to Nazism.
