X-ray photoemission study of the Au La0.67 Sr0.33 Mn O3 interface formation

We report an x-ray photoemission spectroscopy study of the Au La0.67 Sr0.33 Mn O3 interface formation, aiming to investigate interface abruptness and possible chemical interdiffusion. Our results indicate that the gold deposition does not affect the chemical properties of manganite film and no interdiffusion or segregation takes place. © 2008 American Institute of Physics.
