Standard linguistici e informatici per la redazione dei provvedimenti amministrativi: le formule "visto" e "considerato".

The "Handbook for the Drafting of Administrative Measures. Rules and Suggestions" - a guideline edited by a research group promoted by Accademia della Crusca and ITTIG, brings some innovative rules for the structuring of administrative measures and for the standardization of some contents of these measures. This paper analyzes the reasons of the proposed standardization, verifying them with the formulas adopted by the main drafting handbooks about administrative acts and case studies of the adoption of this new standard, as well as the informatics and linguistic benefits related to this simplification.
