Possible Evaluation of Adhesion Between Glaze and Substrate in Traditional Ceramics

In this work, tensile test results are compared with some data of interface fracture resistance by the introduction of a mechanically stable crack with usual indentation procedure perpendicularly to the interface, after sectioning normal to the glazed surface, such that one radiai crack propagates along the interface.
