abstract:
Having recently reported monodisperse and stable lipophilic CoFe2O4 NPs as a first step toward obtaining novel systems for biomagnetic applications, we now suggest a novel BSA-based nanocarrier containing CoFe2O4 NPs as a promis- ing nanosystem to perform theranostic treatment. In this work we performed MRI in brain and liver of normal rats and hyperthermic treatments in standard human tumor cell line Hela cells.
