The paper is intended to review substantive and procedural standards developed in the business and human rights area under the ECHR system of protection of human rights, and this in the light of the wide-ranging case-law developed by the European Court of human rights with regard to the impact of private sectors activities on human rights guaranteed by the European Convention.
