Participatory planning with children is one of the proposals of the international project "The city of children". The manual is a working tool aimed at administrators, operators, designers, educators, as well as teachers and families. The aim is to propose guidelines on how to involve children in a participatory process for the design of an urban space or an awareness campaign. Participatory planning must have a certain mandate and the safety of implementation. Inside the manual are the motivations, the guidelines, a methodological proposal and several examples of projects carried out all over the world.
