ITC-CNR collaborates to the devolopment of an energy and environmental sustainability assessment tool of urban areas that analyzes issues related to environmental, social and economic impacts. The Protocol, adopted by ITACA and by the Italian Regions, could be an efficient tool at national level to support territorial transformation designs and political choices of local public administrations
