Fluorescence background suppression in Raman spectroscopy

Raman spectroscopy provides a non-invasive method to study biological samples. We demonstrate the powerful capabilities of our novel Raman modulation technique to detect weak Raman signals hidden by a strong fluorescent background. © 2010 Optical Society of America.
