The years between the fourteenth and the fifteenth centuries were years of general upsetting and change in Europe in particu-lar in the Crown of Aragon and in the vari-ous areas related to, such as the Kingdom of Sardinia and the Giudicato of Arborea. During these years into the high diplo-matic domain between different institu-tional entities moves a clergyman: Elia de Palmas. In the light of various documenta-tion, we outline the first biographical fea-tures of a direct witness and actor of con-temporary change in progress.
