Integration and convergence in the internal dynamics of industrial districts. A case-study

This work aims to contribute to the analysis of industrial districts through the evaluation of the sectoral composition of its economics structure. The anlysis cponcentrates on Parabiago districs, which has footwear specialisation sithin a brader territory which is specialised in txtile and clothing. With the shift-share analysis we demonstrate that among the two specialisation both integration and divergence are alive.
