Looking for opportunities within structural limitations

At a time when opportunities are seemingly scarce, a great deal of effort is put into discovering new ones. The Italian-French MED-Laine is certainly an inspiration, as this project looks for opportunities for local rural development at a very unlikely source - structural limitations themselves.
