abstract:
The electronics has been the real driving force of nanotechnology for its applicability in the field of devices miniaturization. In this area, the challenge is to go even further down with the dimensions trying to understand the physical-chemical mechanisms that affect the realization of nanostructures with the objective of producing smaller devices, more powerful and requiring less energy to operate.
