Orchard-atmosphere exchange processes and sustainable management.

Aerodinamic properties linked to canopy structure, surface exchange fluxes between veegation and the atmosphere, radative and energy balance are reported in this chapter and related to different orchard types and species. Tools for sustainability issues coming from proper knowldge about canopy-atmoshere exchanges are addressed in order to improve plant production and production quality.
