Gestione ecocompatibile delle infestanti parassite con particolare riferimento a Phelipanche ramosa: risultati e prospettive

Parasitic weeds are a separate world in the weed universe. They have unique biological, morphological, physiological and ecological features that make them different from any other noxious weed. These characteristics have a great influence on the management possibilities. In this article, the life cycle of parasitic weeds, in particular of broomrapes, and the perspectives for their management are briefly described.
