A use-case of EGIDA methodology transfer: Mediteranean hot-spot pollution

This chapter describes the application of the EGIDA Methodology to the use-case Hot-spot pollution in the Mediterranean. After giving an overview of the general objective of the KnowSeas project (an EU FP7) adopted as use-case, the chapter describes the transfer process applied to this use-case. Networking activities and Technical Activities were widely discussed showing weakness and strengths, enabling the EGIDA Methodology assessment. Lesson learned, points discovered and recommendations for new or existing guidelines are finally discussed.
