Morphological characterization of highly cristalline PET has been carried out. Yarns were previously orientated by drawing under the Tg or by industrial drawing, after that they were thoroughly annealed at a constant length. For the morphological characterization of the samples, X-ray dif- fractometric techniques, both high and low angle, and isothermal reverse gas-chromatography were used.
