Time-resolved diffuse optical spectroscopy: A differential absorption approach

abstract:
A method was developed to estimate spectral changes of the absorption properties of turbid media from time-resolved reflectance/transmittance measurements. It was derived directly from the microscopic Beer-Lambert law, and tested against simulations and phantom measurements. © 2009 SPIE-OSA.
