abstract:
Our research group has demonstrated the protective effect of RF against the DNA damage induced by both chemical and physical agents, a phenomenon called adaptive response (AR). AR has been observed in vitro on different cell models and under different exposure conditions. In this paper, we study the role of RF signal modulation and bandwidth, in eliciting the genotoxic effect of RF per se and in combination with Mitomycin-C (MMC), a chemical mutagen, in an AR protocol on human lymphocytes.
