Influenza degli aerosol atmosferici sulla diminuzione della radiazione globale, in Italia, negli ultimi decenni (1958-1987).

Academic Article
Publication Date:
2000
abstract:
In this study the effect of atmospheric aersol increases on the radiative regime decline of 17 Italian meteorological stations fro the 1958-87 period was evaluated. In partidular, since changes in atmospheric turbidity and cloudeness and(or optical cloud properties have a marked effect on solar radiation respectively on cloudless and overcast days, day with low (<1/10) and high (>9/10) cloudiness cover have been analysed at firest, and then a detailed analysis was perfoermed for these days within specific period (summer) and locations (coastal, mountain and valley stations). The results showed clearly a decline in the atmospheric trasmission on cloudless (2%-10%) and overcast (5%-11%) days that could be due to an increase in the atmospheric aerosol. Moreover, the detailed analyses performed in coastal, mountain and valley stations allowed to hypnotize that these declines are strongly related to bhe increase in anthropogenic aerosol.
