Ras family oncogenes in oral cancer

Oral squamous-cell carcinomas (SCC) were anayzed for point mutations in codon 12, 13 and 61 of Ki-ras and codon 12,13 and 61 of Ha-ras. Our results suggest that: Ki-ras and Ha-ras point mutations aren't involved in the etiopathogenesis of oral SCC.
