Preface

The preface introduces the relevant changes happened since the first experience ended, with the covid-19 pandemics and many difficulties for mobility and social connection. It pointed out, however, how the research groups provided a fertile ground for coming back to in-preesence and collaborative activities, and it tells how this new volume, structured in three parts, tries to catch all this need for interaction, not replying already published works, but giving more space to case-studies and research groups' work. It makes clear that research teams, composed by tutors and trainees, are the real protagonists of this volume. Through their eyes, free from any predefined option and not tied to the local communities' expectations, the reader can penetrate the logic path, in some way connected to the Strategic Transition Practice approach, which created the pre-conditions for the options' definition.
