Tracking nuclear architecture dynamics of Polycomb bodies

Increasing evidence showed that nuclear position of the genome dictates specific biological processes, such as DNA repair pathway choice or DNA integration. We hypothesized that the position of Polycomb Group of Proteins (PcG), epigenetic regulators in the nucleus, is: highly controlled; not random; informative of their function.
