La Corte sorvola sulle reali finalità della legge molisana in materia di trabucchi

The comment of the judgment no. 45 of 2022 analyzes the reasons that led to the declaration of illegitimacy of two provisions of the Act of the Regione Molise no 12 of 2020. Moreover, it examines the third provision of the regional law challenged before the Court, in order to highlight the actual aim of the regional law that does not seem to correspond with the purposes declared by the regional legislator.
