Le Regioni e l'attuazione del diritto europeo nel sistema europeo multilivello

The article analyzes the evolution of the process of involvement of regional autonomies in the implementation of European law (the so-called 'descending phase'), from two perspectives: a "bottom-up" perspective, which looks at the Italian experience after the reform of Title V of the Constitution; a "top-down" perspective, which examines the initiatives of involvement of Regions launched in recent years by the European institutions (RegHub network).
