Structural and dynamic features of PASTA domains with different functional roles

In this manuscript authors analyse structure and dynamics of PASTA domains found in Ser-Thr Protein Kinases (STPKs) as well as in Penicillin Binding Proteins (PBPs). These domains play a critical role in cell-wall binding as in positioning of the some division machineries to the septum.
