Abstract:
The paper addresses the topic of natural law not directly with the instruments and categories of law or political philosophy, but It looks at it from a dialectical perspective, with the lenses of the analysis of language and of the forms of argumentation. It focuses on some central issues of Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz's legal and political thinking, especially as regards theoretical applications, such as the organization of knowledge, which offers significant elements for the discussion on 'natural law'.
