Metodi di determinazione della concentrazione degli spermatozoi di pollo

Sperm concentration in 39 ejaculates was measured by haemocytometer, spectrophotometer and a computerized video camera system. The computerized system gave higher values than the other 2 methods. The correlations of concentrations determined by haemocytometer with concentrations from spectrophotometry and the computerized system were 0.74 and 0.64 respectively.
