Conference Poster
Publication Date:
2013
abstract:
The activities hitherto carried out within the PhD research project are the following: 1) optimization of the amperometric bioprobe based on Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells for studying the metabolic/mitochondrial effects of four potential contaminants of milk, and 2) exploitation of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and genetically engineered Escherichia coli ATCC 11303 as biomediators for the optical bioprobe for fluoroquinolones detection through chlorophyll a transient fluorescence measurements and optical (fluorescence or luminescence) measurements respectively.
