Cooperative work in software shaping workshops

Software Shaping Workshops are software environments tailored to the needs of a specific user community. We examine the use of the methodology to design Software Shaping Workshops, in order to cope with the needs of cooperative work often emerging in scientific communities. An example is presented in the medical domain, illustrating a case of End User Development supporting the collaboration between a radiologist and a pneumologist.
