Tomographic Phase Microscopy of Rolling Cells in Microfluidic Flow

We propose a tomographic reconstruction method for three -dimensional refractive index mapping of full -rotating cells in a microfluidic channel . Rolling angle recovery is achieved by exploiting the morphometric features of cells.
