A process of optimization for an AAL service

Services for AAL must follow users in their daily activities. The process of re-design of a service for the kitchen environment is here presented, in order to better accomplish users' needs. An additional functionality of an existing app for preparing several recipes in parallel is here presented and all the problems related to this new function are here discussed.
