GLOBO model

A global atmospheric model (GLOBO), based on the BOLAM dynamical and physical schemes, has been set up and initially tested for medium range predictions. The model has been proposed also as a tool for monthly to seasonal prediction, to be experimented in a joint project with the Protezione Civile. Extensions to climate studies are planned.
