abstract:
Mobile learning environments and architectures involve several problems, such as the appropriate fruition of bandwidth demanding materials from whichever device and through whichever access connection. In this paper, the case is discussed of high-bandwidth demanding contents accessed in real-time from mobile devices, such as HQ streaming videos. An architecture is proposed for the dynamic management of bandwidth release on the basis of content size and duration.
