Indicadores de ciencia y tecnologìa: desafìos para la pròxima década

Abstract. The chapter focuses on some emerging developments in the field of science and technology indicators, in particular it describes the results of three experiments and two work programmes which can contribute to a better understanding of the scientific and innovation endeavor and its impact. The experiments deal with the dynamics of organizations and its link with change (MEADOW), the measure of design, and the micro data on higher education institutions (EUMIDA). The two work programmes are the measurement agenda from the OECD Innovation Strategy and a recent proposal for the development of innovation indicators made to the European Commission.
