Abstract:
An in situ generated dinuclear palladium hydride complex bearing cis,trans,cis-1,2,3,4-tetrakis(diphenylphosphanyl)cyclobutane catalyzed the hydromethoxycarbonylation of terminal alkynes, giving the corresponding branched alpha,beta-unsaturated ester (A) with high regioselectivity.
