I musei scientifici in Italia: la ricerca, la didattica e la diffusione della cultura scientifica

The paper shows the results derived from a survey on the Italian scientific museums functions and organisation. Data collected through the collaboration between the National Research Council (CNR) and the National Association of the Scientific Museums (ANMS) highlight ongoing changes in the museums' performance for research, teaching and public understanding of science functions.
