abstract:
The focus of this contribution is to critically analyse the Human centered design (HCD) process carried out to develop various legal design activities aimed at communicating administrative texts in the immigration domain. The activities were conducted to improve the PAeSI Web Portal, an Italian institutional Web site on immigration procedures and norms.
