L'istituto referendario nell'ordinamento regionale: luci e ombre della disciplina della Regione Abruzzo

The article examines the statutory and legislative development of the referen-dum in the system of the Abruzzo Region, highlighting the substantial affinity of the discipline of this Region with respect to others and instead noting the more original choices made on the subject by other Regions. Moreover, the contribution focuses on various critical aspects of the leg-islation under consideration both in terms of the hermeneutics of the regulatory provisions, and in terms of compliance with the Constitution and the regional Statute.
