Here are referred the results of a study carried out in the Sicilian Channel directed to evaluate the nutritional power of the fishing scraps and its casual emply in acquaculture. Are analised the chemical composition of some fishing species and exposed hypothesis on fishing scraps use through acid preservation as integrator in the feeding of the fish species suitable of rearing.
