The Co.G.I.C.O. 2018 has been held in Florence in the period July 18th-20th and represented an important occasion for inorganic and organic chemists to discuss topics of common interest. This year, the congress, albeit maintaining its formal independence, has been organized as a parallel session of an international conference with a large number of participants, the 28th International Conference on Organometallic Chemistry (ICOMC 2018).
