Le zone d'ombra degli interna corporis regionali: e se il Consiglio fosse un «potere dello Stato»?

This paper intends to comment on the conclusions reached by the Constitutional Court regarding the interna corporis of the regional Councils, according to which they shouldn't be subject to appeal by the common judges and by the Constitutional Court itself, unless we advance the hypothesis that the most suitable lawsuit must be that of the conflict of attribution between powers of the State, with an innovative interpretation aimed at recognizing the status of power of the State to the Regional Councils, similarly to what happens for the National Chambers.
