Il Cokriging come Strumento per l'Interpretazione Spazio-Tempo di Parametri Chimici in una Falda Idrica: Primi Risultati

abstract:
The space-time behavior of hydrochemical parameters of contamination of groundwater could be studied by means of the tools provided by geostatistics. The crossvariogram, if built crossing the changes of two set of data related to two different times, could express the spatial continuity and the relative temporal persistence of the parameter. The crossvariogram allows to improve the estimate of the parameter in the periods in which there has been a more limited number of samplings. The construction of the experimental crossvariograms of the measures of the two months and the possibility of modeling and using them jointly, by means of cokriging, reduces, in a significant way, the uncertainty of the forecast for the under-sampled months.
