An XPS and Mössbauer study of the electronic properties of ZnCrxGa2-xO4 spinel solid solutions

XPS and Mössbauer spectra at room temperature on ZnCrGaO spinel solid solutions are reported. The data indicate that, from the point of view of lattice parameters and electronic structure variations with the composition, the system is a suitable one for percolation studies. © 1981.
