abstract:
Wind parameters are directly extracted from marine SAR images by deducing wind stress intensity from a model of pixel statistics, and wind vector at 10 m height from spectral analysis of the mesoscale turbulence present in the stress signature. © 1989 Società Italiana di Fisica.
