Art. 17 [The European Commission]

The article analizes the role of the Commission in the Institutional Design of the European Union as Promoter of the Union's General Interest. Specifically, it analizes its competences ( Guardianship of the Legal Framework, Implementation of Union Law, External Representation of the Union, Planning and Inter-institutional Agreements), its Power of Initiative and Structure, its duration and composition, as well as its relationship with others european Institutions.
